They were prompt with communication, confirming appointment times ahead of time and showing up on time. They performed an in-home estimate and then scheduled and completed the project within 4 weeks of my initial inquiry. They were professional in their in-person and written communication, updating us as any changes or problems came up. They provided excellent value for the work they performed – installing recessed lighting and moving a hanging fixture. Finally, they were neat and tidy as they worked in our home, applying foot covers and tarps to minimize the mess. It is rare to find contractors who run their small businesses efficiently and professionally. We will look forward to contacting them for our next project.
