The customer service was excellent, and it was a very pleasant experience, given the whole process of the installation of the generator. They kept me appraised as the day progressed and was happy my power was disconnected for only 2 hours. I also want to reach out about how great the girls are in the office as they called to schedule the install and had an entire checklist to review with me so that I was totally prepared. I can’t think of one improvement. Thank you again!
