I cannot express enough how pleased I am with this company! After waiting for another company for over a month to respond, I finally gave up and looked up Generac dealers in my area. I found Alternating Currents and was impressed with their feedback, so I gave them a call. From the first phone call to their office, I was met with a friendly, professional response. Their customer service person got me the first available appointment to have my generator serviced, which ended up being 3 weeks out. She gave me all the information I would need, including cost estimates and also sent me a quote via email that detailed the work that would be done. A few days later, they called me and was able to get a serviceman over to my house today within a week of my initial call. Alternating Currents Services had a cancellation and thought of me and how I was concerned about getting my generator serviced asap as it hadn’t been serviced in years! Jim arrived right on time and explained everything to me and did a thorough inspection and servicing of the unit. The cost was more than reasonable, and now I will be using Alternating Currents for the annual generator inspection. These are professional people who run their company the right way.
